The first 15 minutes of waiting time after the booked pickup time is free of charge. After the initial 15 minutes, a waiting fee of 50p per minute will be applied, rounded up to the nearest minute.
Any additional charges such as parking fees, tolls, or congestion charges incurred during the journey will be added to the fare and billed to the customer.
In case of any changes to the journey or the pickup time, the customer must inform Hello Drive Taxi Bristol at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any additional charges. Changes made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur additional fees.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including the pickup and drop-off addresses, the number of passengers, and any special requirements. Any changes or updates to the information must be communicated to Hello Drive Taxi Bristol at least 2 hours before the pickup time.
Payment for the journey can be made by cash or card at the end of the journey. For card payments, a processing fee of 2% of the total fare may be applied.
Any complaints or disputes regarding the fare or the service provided by Hello Drive Taxi Bristol must be raised within 48 hours of the journey. The company will investigate the complaint and provide a resolution within 7 days.
Hello Drive Taxi Bristol reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves in an abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful manner towards the driver or the company. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of the journey and cancellation of the booking without refund.
